  • entering a contract with the partner : helping you in the negotiations, drafting the contractual documents, being present at the signature

  • during the business relationship: to identify the changes compared with the original situation and draft the additional clauses, note any defaults that might have been committed by the partner and assess the opportunity to inform him, identify the terms and conditions for transferring the contract
