With diversified expertise covering in particular contractual engineering, competition, intellectual property and compliance (personal data, anti-corruption system, etc.), Manon carries out a wide range of missions: setting up, optimising and securing distribution networks in France and abroad, product sourcing and production, deployment of B2B and B2C platforms, setting up strategic partnerships, technology transfer, data management and enhancement, etc.
Her clients, ranging from innovative start-ups to internationally reputed companies, operate in sectors as varied as trade, industry, health, biotechnology and information and communication technologies.
Over the course of her missions, Manon has developed specific expertise in the life sciences sector and endeavours to contribute to its growth. One of her skills involves guiding clients in particular in their measures to promote innovation, whether from public or private collaborative research (collaboration agreement, cooperation, consortium, licensing agreement etc.) or from in-house research. She has established links with first-class partners in order to offer her clients a package deal (registration of industrial property titles, valuation of intangible assets, IP Box, etc.) aimed at optimising and accelerating the marketing of new solutions.
