Alexandra DELBARRE supports companies from their foundation and through all their growth projects, as well as managing tax audits and litigations.
She also supports managers and their families with the safeguarding and/or transfer of all or part of their assets, anticipating potential take-overs and ensuring their long-term ownership of the company by organising its governance or generational transmission.
For Alexandra, taxation is a flexible tool that can be adapted to suit the client’s situation or to deal with specific issues, and it can generate real opportunities when it comes to the transfer, assets or structuring of groups of companies.
She advises start-ups, family companies and intermediate-sized companies with business in France or worldwide, with a specific interest in Franco-Italian projects.
A committed member of professional institutions and a supporter of incubation projects, she also oversees the internal CSR policy at LAMY LEXEL, with a particular focus on environmental issues.
