Charlotte provides social advice to companies (employment and social security law).
In her daily work as a lawyer, she particularly appreciates the relationships of trust that are built up over time with lawyers, HR teams and managers and her special role as a partner, supporting them in the day-to-day management of employment relations, as well as in their structuring projects: organisation of working time, negotiations, reorganisation, delegation of powers etc.
Her human and collaborative approach also enables her to improve the skills of her clients, so that they can work together even more effectively, and to get involved in solidarity and environmental projects that have an impact!
