Élodie specialises in mergers and acquisitions, particularly within the framework of LBOs. She advises SMEs, mid-sized companies, and corporate groups on their development strategies, internal restructuring, and the organisation of relationships between shareholders.

She provides bilingual legal support, in both French and English, tailored to the specific challenges of each transaction.

Élodie is also actively involved in internal innovation projects, especially those exploring tools and approaches related to artificial intelligence..
