Hélène RELANGE supports companies on tax issues at all the stages in their development, and more particularly during exceptional transactions (mergers, acquisitions, sales, private equity and LBOs).

She has developed expertise guiding senior executives and managers on the tax aspects of their profit-sharing schemes, in particular on their transfer/donation projects and on optimizing their asset taxation.

She is also involved in tax audits and litigation.

With 4 years of experience abroad (and registration with the Law Society of Hong Kong), she has in-depth knowledge of international tax issues.

Having started her career in Lyon, Hélène has been working at our Paris office since 2018.
