Marion BEAUDOT advises companies on the consultancy aspect of their social activity. She assists legal experts, HR teams and managers with the social management of the company (motivation of employees, management of workforce, evolution of HR policy, health and safety, etc.) and with their strategic projects (social acquisition audit, company reorganisation, etc.).

Marion is passionate about good food! She loves discovering new restaurants in her home town or when travelling, listening to her grandmother reveal the secrets of her recipes and top tips, talking to local producers and succumbing to the charm of their products, cooking while listening to a podcast or playlist, setting a table nicely, choosing good wines and then.... opening the door to her friends and family and simply enjoying each other’s company!
