Sophie Raballand assists managers and their teams in implementing their development projects, with legal arrangements adapted to their level of maturity (French or international start-ups and small and medium-sized enterprises).
She offers her expertise to entrepreneurs in their search for financing (private equity, LBOs), opening up to new markets (joint ventures, external growth operations), investments, and structuring their business relationships (contracts, partnerships, etc.).
