With more than 10 years of experience in several leading English-speaking law firms (Paul Hastings then DLA Piper), Arnaud Lafarge has acquired solid expertise in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and stock market law (including IPOs, public offerings and the issue of securities).

Involved in all stages of company development and with a strong international focus, he advises French and international clients, including listed and unlisted growth companies and innovative young companies, as well as their managers and shareholders.

Arnaud Lafarge is a lawyer registered with the Paris and New York Bars.

He joined LAMY LEXEL to support the development of the Corporate business in Paris and to bring additional expertise to Parisian clients with stock market law.
