Bulteau Développement (head office : Lille, turnover 250M€, 600 staff) and Texeurop (head office : Lille, turnover of 65M€) have joined forces to acquire a controlling interest in the capital of the  Minilux group  (head office : Doissin, turnover of > 10M€,  staff of 120 ), an independent  group dedicated to the creation of fabrics and silks for  the most renowned names in top of the range ready-to –wear and  Haute Couture.

The client list of the group includes some of the most prestigious French and foreign designer brands (Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Ralph Lauren, Gucci, Stella McCartney, etc.), and markets its products all over the world, and consists of 3 companies:

• Sfate et Combier, established in 1850, specialising in silk chiffon and silks.

• Guigou, established in 1826, specialising in jerseys particularly silk jerseys,

• Vernède, established in  1854, spinner, transformer of the main raw material : silk
