Since starting out as a lawyer at LAMY LEXEL Avocats Associés, Mathilde Trannoy has gained extensive experience in company law, mergers and acquisitions and private equity to support companies, particularly in her special field, the biotechnology sector.
She works with the management teams of SMEs, middle-market companies and groups to fine-tune and implement their growth strategies. Issues she is particularly experienced in are: identifying the right levers for growth, structuring the long-term approach, and securing operations.
