Lamy Lexel is advising REGENT on the acquisition of the cycling equipment manufacturer MAVIC from AMER SPORTS CORPORATION

Lamy Lexel is advising the US investment fund Regent on its entry into exclusive discussions with Amer Sports Corporation for the acquisition of Mavic, a French manufacturer of cycling equipment.
The transaction, which is subject to consultation with employee representative bodies, is expected to be finalised in the second half of 2019.
LAMY LEXEL Avocats Associés is assisting Regent in the corporate and tax aspects of this acquisition project with a team made up of Arnaud LAFARGE, partner, and Maité MASSOMA, lawyer, for the corporate aspects and Pierre-Antoine FARHAT, partner, and Hélène RELANGE, lawyer, for the tax aspects.
