MFGI takes control over the Ateliers Mécaniques de Bussières

MFGI (Michel Fraisse Gestion et Investissement), an independent private holding specialized in investment to take over and develop SMEs, organized the acquisition of the Ateliers Mécaniques de Bussières (AMB) within the Group Héphaïstos, of which it is the reference shareholder.

AMB is a French company, established in the Creuse region, specialized in micromechanics in the field of Aeronautics and Space. This family owned company, created in 1964, was until now run by Patrick MEILLAT and his son Julien MEILLAT. The company is a key supplier in this industry and is certified to work in delegated administration with blue chip clients.

The company has now joined the Group Héphaïstos consisted of the companies, AMB, BETRI, COLLET AMBLARD and LABASA, chaired by Jérôme TEISSIER, a group specialized in energy and aeronautics employing about 150 people and with a turnover of about 20M€. Julien MEILLAT becomes the site manager in Bussière-Dunoise (Creuse region).

Vincent MÉDAIL (partner) and Magalie REVILLON-PERSAT (lawyer, of counsel) of LAMY LEXEL Partners accompanied MFGI in legal audits, in the legal setup and completion of the acquisition.
