Aurélie Dantzikian-Frachon, aged 40, and Pierre-Antoine Farhat, aged 37, partner lawyers, have taken over the General Management of Lamy Lexel. Together with Guillaume Limouzi, aged 49, non-lawyer Deputy Managing Director, they are implementing the strategy defined by the management team, made up of 14 people split between Lyon and Paris. With complementary backgrounds and skills, this atypical three-person management team embodies equality at the heart of a firm where collective action and solidarity are key values.
Together and through this renewed dynamic, they aim to strengthen Lamy Lexel's position as a strategic ally for their clients, SMEs and intermediate-sized enterprises, mainly in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and Ile-de-France, but also outside France.
The firm has been expanding since its creation, and has set itself the target of achieving turnover of €15 million in 2020 (vs. €14 million in 2019). To support this aim, Lamy Lexel has moved its Lyon teams to new premises. This new environment is a genuine living space that promotes synergies, illustrating the company's comprehensive view: Lamy Lexel does not only provide legal advice, it gives its clients added value by offering them economic, technical and legal support.
At the same time, the Paris site (25 rue de Choiseul, 75002) is increasing its workforce and acquiring new expertise, in particular in stock market law, taxation and M&A.
