In this context, WOONOZ, which specialises in customised online learning, and LAMY LEXEL, corporate lawyers, have combined their skills and know-how in a dedicated personal data protection e-learning module.
Based on the unique Ancrage Mémoriel® system, it will be used to educate company employees about their obligations under the GDPR and how to adopt best practice habits that will limit the associated risks and sanctions.
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) concerns lawyers, of course, but it is also relevant to any other company departments that handle personal data: HR, communications, marketing, IT, accounts, etc.
After their respective clients contacted them with queries about personal data matters, WOONOZ and LAMY LEXEL came up with the idea on working together on an entertaining training course that would offer individual and automated learning.
For the content of this e-learning module, intellectual property lawyers Aurélie Dantzikian-Frachon and Fanny Armand wrote a Q&A on personal data protection and processing. WOONOZ then took over and developed the web platform web, using the technology of Ancrage Mémoriel® which has already been tried and tested on the Voltaire Project (mastering spelling).
The module features a positioning test and five chapters of exercises, consisting of a step-by-step explanation of the key personal data principles. The module ends with a mock test and a final test to check the level achieved.
Thanks to this course, companies take that first step towards implementing a successful compliance programme!
The module is available directly from WOONOZ or as part of a compliance support package offered by LAMY LEXEL.
