The company opened its capital to Siparex and BNP Développement, via different means of investment, one of which being Siparex Midcap I, to finance the different stages of development, particularly during the capitalistic reinforcement of its management.

The Lacroix group has thus consolidated its direction by assisting its customers in meeting  the challenges posed by intelligent highway systems,and  by offering added value expertise to local authorities or major integrators.
