13 November 2020 - Lamy Lexel’s teams have advised the ARTEMYS group and its management team led by Laurent Taieb, Boris Gunther and Eric Porte on the sale of its shares to the CABESTAN Capital team (fund managed by Andera Partners) as a minority shareholder.
