Now 38, Frédéric DUPONT started his career in 2007 at LAMY LEXEL which saw him evolve from associate to partner over the years. After a successful transition as a Senior Manager, giving him more responsibilities and opportunities to enhance his skills as a team and firm manager as well as with his clients. The partners expressed full confidence in him by co-opting him Partner at the beginning of this year.

Frédéric DUPONT, a lawyer specialized in business law, has gained a solid experience in company law, mergers & acquisitions, fund raising and stock exchange law. Involved in all levels of the companies’ economic activity, he gives just as much advice to start-ups in ideation as to growing companies, listed and non-listed, in their daily work and in their development projects.

He is committed to help the managers and their teams to implement their strategy and bring their projects to fruition regardless of the size and the sector of the company concerned. His objective is to ensure that the law provides genuine assistance in taking decisions, and his expertise provides an added value to the sustainability of considered projects.

He participated in the stock exchange listing and in various fund raising of Delta Drone, MND, Visiativ, and the Serge Ferrari Group, and is a member of the Strategic Committee of Waoup, a participative start-up factory (eight planned businesses in 2015), and assists La Cuisine du Web (an action tank of digital companies in Lyon).
