DELTA DRONE is in the process of acquiring 65% of the share capital in ATM Group SRA, a company specialised in private safety and security and the hosting and training of security personnel, and 40% of Drone Protect System, the holder of a patented automatic drone surveillance solution, working through DDrone Invest, an investment subsidiary whose capital is fully held by DELTA DRONE SA.

This agreement allows for an early launch of the Group’s 2020-2021 Strategic Plan, focusing on three main objectives:

- a consolidated turnover of €30M,
- a positive operating margin of 10%,
- market share outside of France of 30%.
