LAMY LEXEL a partner of WAOUP

LAMY LEXEL has participated in the WAOUP adventure since the beginning. We identify with the values of WAOUP and a corporate culture based on collective strength, project mode, participative management, and the “challenge” dimension.

Thanks to its strike force and its multi-expertise team, LAMY LEXEL was able to set up a dedicated time system for WAOUP, with lawyers specialized in taxation, social law, contracts and corporate law. A pool of skills was made  available to these innovative projects, to secure their legal scheme prior to their creation…

The WAOUP Innovation Night (WIN):

The purpose of this event, organized by the public interest association WAOUP Shaker, was to foster the desire to innovate and become entrepreneurs, to find leads in new businesses and to mobilize the entire community around an ultimate goal: the creation of 1000 jobs. As a partner of WAOUP since the very start, a LAMY LEXEL team participated in this event. Some of the leads we found  will hopefully then be converted by the WAOUP Factory!

This event brought together 1000 volunteers (students, employed people, executives in transition, retired people) and 100 passionate multidisciplinary teams combining their talents in 20 challenges in 5 worlds in order to identify unmet needs and find innovative concepts to respond to these needs.

After the evening, the talents were free to pursue their involvement with the projects, depending on their desire and availability, to turn them as fast as possible into start-up companies and massively create new jobs. Depending on their commitment, they will get in return shares of the companies created.
