DELTA DRONE issued certificates of bonds convertible into shares with warrants attached (BEOCABSA) reserved exclusively to YA Global Master SVP ltd investment fund, managed by the American management company YORKVILLE ADVISORS. Upon conversion of all these securities (convertible bonds and warrants) into shares, the overall transaction would increase the capital by 20 million euros.
