Successful stock market flotation for Oxatis

Published on 16 July 2018
Oxatis, a leading player in the e-commerce SaaS market, raised EUR 13.6 million through its successful flotation on Euronext Growth, with the support of LAMY LEXEL! The Group's aim is to enhance its reputation, thereby grasping new opportunities.

Founded in 2001, Oxatis has become the technological leader in Software as a Service (SaaS) e-commerce

After a launch meeting held at the beginning of January 2018, the deal went through in record time: with the financial year ending on 31 December 2017, a base document was registered at end March, an offer prospectus was drawn up at the beginning of April and trading in the shares began on Euronext Growth on 24 April 2018!

The LAMY LEXEL team that advised Oxatis on this deal comprised Vincent Medail, law partner, Typhanie Le Gall and Benoît Colson, members of the Corporate, Stock Market, M&A and Finance department. They advised Oxatis on each step in the process: drafting the base document and the offer prospectus, corporate documentation and relations with the French financial markets authority, etc.

Through this new deal LAMY LEXEL has demonstrated its expertise in IPOs and in providing support for listed companies, which it has been developing over many years.

Other participants in the deal:

• Sponsor Finance: listing sponsor

• Portzamparc and Gilbert Dupont: joint lead managers and bookrunners

• KPMG: statutory auditors

• Actifin: financial communications agency

Marc Schillaci, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Oxatis, said: "All our employees and partners are immensely proud of Oxatis' flotation. It also marks the end of a long entrepreneurial period for Marc Heurtaut and me. This company now belongs to you as well, and this is just the start of an even more exhilarating adventure for Oxatis. “
