SERPOLLET, advised by Lamy Lexel, appointed by the Commercial Court of Dijon for the takeover of SOCATER

SERPOLLET (SERFIM group) decided to go ahead with the takeover of SOCATER, which had been in compulsory liquidation while continuing to trade since May 2019. SERPOLLET's takeover plan included safeguarding jobs (77 out of 81, plus 6 job creations) and preserving tools, stocks and public and private work sites. The Commercial Court of Dijon validated the takeover plan on 9 July.
