These gatherings provide an opportunity for partner firms to exchange views, share our expertise and strengthen our international ties in an ever-changing global landscape.  

In addition to providing a valuable insight into trends in the Italian M&A market, the agenda covered several key topics, including:  

• The obligations of deployers under the AI Act and the action plans presented by Émilie Hijos, 

• The tax relief scheme for impatriates in Italy,  

• Counter-guarantee/security package practices in asset and liability guarantees. 

This event is an opportunity for Young PLG, chaired by one of our associates, Émilie Hijos, to come together and pursue its objective : to foster exchanges among young professionals within the network and encourage the creation of lasting international relationships.  

The adventure continues for Ilona VINCENTI, from the Corporate Litigation & Restructuring team, who is currently on a one-month exchange in Milan at Studio Legale Marsaglia.  

This experience gives her the opportunity to gain an insight into the practice of Italian law through a variety of cases and by attending various court hearings, thereby strengthening her expertise in providing international support to our clients, whilst continuing to manage cases alongside our teams in France.
