MND Group develops and designs innovative solutions for mountainous areas and urban mobility. Listed on Euronext Paris, it has just set up an “Equity Line” with Kepler Cheuvreux, concurrent to the acquisition of the company ER2I Montagne, carried out partially by an exchange of shares.

Five prizes awarded to LAMY LEXEL’s lawyers!

The 2014 business law firms prize list, held on 19 November, jointly organized by the magazine « le Monde du Droit » (Legal World) and « l’Association Française des Juristes d’Entreprises » (AFJE, a French trade association representing in-house counsels), crowns the best law firms in the Rhône-Alpes region.
LAMY LEXEL won five prizes out of the 14 categories at this event, consolidating its positioning of the favored firm of SMEs/ETIs and of the financial world.
