Prizes awarded to lawyers: 6 trophies received by our team!

The prizes for the business lawyers of Lyon, organised jointly by the magazine le Monde du Droit and l’Association Française des Juristes d’Entreprises (AFJE), rewards the best firms in the Rhône-Alpes region, on the basis of the votes of management teams and business lawyers.
On the evening of the event, LAMY LEXEL received six awards out of the 14 categories, reinforcing its position as the preferred advisers to PME-ETI and the financial sector.

The LACROIX Group takes over SOGEXI

With the objective of accelerating the development of its activities, particularly in the « smart town » sector, Lacroix, a family-owned group headquartered in Nantes, has acquired Sogexi, the French leader in the connection, installation and management of public lighting installations. The founders of Sogexi, as well as Siparex and BNP who share the company’s capital, have been joined by LAMY LEXEL in the transfer of the totality of their shares to the Lacroix group.
