Co-option: Mathilde Trannoy reinforces the Corporate, M&A and Finance business of LAMY LEXEL Avocats Associés

On 1 January 2023, LAMY LEXEL co-opted a new associate in its “Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, Stock Exchange and Finance” department in Lyon. After advancing in the firm for 10 years, she joins a group of 16 associates (90 employees, revenue of €16m in 2022) providing support for corporate development projects.

"Generosity trophy" awarded to our teams by the Lyon Bar association for their solidarity and generosity!

The LAMY LEXEL teams were awarded the “Generosity trophy” during the “soirée des Solidarités” (solidarity evening) organised by the Lyon Bar Association. This first edition honours lawyers in Lyon who work pro bono to defend public interests as well as the missions of “Agir!”, the Lyon Bar Association’s endowment fund.
