BENITIS moves closer to APS Coating Solutions

BENETIS, a company which offers thermal spray material processing services, merged in May 2015 with APS Coating Solutions (Mécapole network), one of the French leaders of surface coating by dry process. Thus, this operation allows the emergence of a leading group in thermal spraying for the aeronautics, energy and defence industries.

New fundraiser for DELTA DRONE, by issuing OCABSA certificates

DELTA DRONE, a company specialized in civilian drones for professional use, listed on Alternext, issued OCABSA certificates, which could raise the equity to a maximum nominal value of 20 million euros. The company has again shown its trust in LAMY LEXEL for this operation, after a similar issuance carried out at its side in January for the same investor.

On March 23rd 2015, Up group (formerly Chèque Déjeuner Group) acquired the control of ABC Engineering, a software package publisher specialized in social engineering. This buyout complements Up Group, expert in social action in communities, both via its cheques and cards dedicated to pre-assigned payments (Service vouchers – CAP, Chèque Domicile – CESU,…) and its management software packages (Arcan, Implicit, Info.DB, Apologic,…).
